Merit. Well cropped and balanced image - not placing the subject right in the middle of the composition.

Achieved. Good use of balance and implied direction to create the composition.

Achieved. Good title - I like the composition with the red structure as the lead in to a nice colourful sunrise sky. The lighter panel adds interest and modelling. I find there are some post processing artefacts present due maybe to high ISO or underexposed shadow areas. I suggest using a tripod to help reduce ISO and perhaps moving more to the left to try and eliminate a lot of that dark area on the bottom right which is drawing my eye.

Not Achieved. A good photojournalism capture with lots of potential. The subjects have great expressions with a good supporting background. I find the magenta colour cast quite distracting and I would suggest trying it in black and white, I think it will work well and help eliminate the colour distractions. The image also has a large white area on the right, it could be a sizing issue. Do check that. In light of my comments, I would advise correcting that and reworking this. Its a very captivating image.
